FASTER PROCESSING Glad Tidings has eliminated our old 3-day paid rush and now ships all standard orders within three (3) business days of receiving your order. There is no rush charge to ship in three days, but shipping within this time requires that we receive approval by 4 p.m. Dallas time on the second day. If no
UPS service is indicated on your order form, the job will be shipped UPS

CUTOFF TIME Daily cutoff for new orders is now 3 p.m. Dallas time, replacing our old 2 p.m. cutoff. |

PROOF TURNAROUND Requested proofs for standard orders are faxed or e-mailed by noon on the first business day after the order was received (earlier when possible). Guaranteed paid rushes will get a proof the same day an order is received when the order arrives in our office by 3 p.m. Dallas time. Orders will ship according to the level of rush (1- or 2-day) if proof approval is received by 9 a.m. Dallas time the day of scheduled shipment. **Prices do not include shipping. |
